Production Process
- Step 1: Cutting –
Fresh coconut husks will be mechanically cut into uniform chip sizes using a fully automated chipping system.
- Step 2: Washing –
The chips are washed to remove fine particles and salt, enhancing their quality.
- Step 3: Drying (Part I) –
A locally manufactured machine is used to reduce the moisture level by 30%
- Step 4: Drying (Part II) –
Further drying using industrial dryers to achieve the desired
moisture level.
- Step 5: Compressing –
Dried chips are compressed into standardized 5 kg blocks.
- Step 6: Packaging and Storing –
The blocks are packed using automated machinery and
stored in moisture-controlled storage.
